Toronto Data Recovery, Subway Style!

Did you know, Memofix has two Toronto area locations accessible by subway?

In downtown Toronto, we receive cases at the IQ Office Centre, located on the 2nd floor at 250 University Ave. IQ is located on the west side of University between Richmond and Queen. Just be sure to create a case before dropping off here as our friends at the IQ will require a Case# to accept your data recovery.

As you may know, the actual magic happens up at our Vaughan GTA Headquarters and Data Recovery Lab, but until now it was fairly difficult to visit us without a car. Well that’s now changed with the recent opening of the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Subway Station. Our main data recovery lab is now a mere 700 metres from the new station. To find us, exit the new station onto Millway Ave and proceed 700 metres north to 330 Millway.

And if the subway doesn’t work for you, don’t forget we also offer a free pickup service where we pickup your Toronto data recovery case from your home or work. This service is available for most of the Toronto GTA and is selected when creating a new case.

Awesome customer service! Bob was an absolute delight to deal with. and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. I lost everything on my hard drive and Memofix was able to recover most of my photos and information. I turned to Memofix after having sent my hard drive to a competitor. The quote from the competitor came back at almost triple the price! This is when I turned to Memofix and not only did they recover most of my information, they reduced the price originally quoted as 100% was not recovered! WOW. What an experience!! Memofix is truly unlike other companies in the way they do business. They were able to recover all my data in 24 hours. I don't know anything about data recovery and the process of how to fix hard drives but Bob made sure to walk me through every step of their proceedings, detailing exactly the kind of work that they will take on. This helped in understanding the rate that was quoted, which was free of charge - unlike so many other companies that are willing to take advantage of young inexperienced customers! This is the only place to go if you have damaged hard drives since they have the lab on site, it ensures timely service (they don't send off your drive to various undisclosed locations like many of the competitors). I had a positive experience with Memofix. At the beginning, when they got my HP computer for repairs, it was some misunderstanding, but the company took the issue very serious and resolved it in the best possible way. My hard drive stopped working. I tried to fix it myself which was a big mistake. I brought it to Memofix, they assessed the drive and gave me a quote. They have worked on the hard drive for a few days, but unfortunately were not able to recover any data. Therefore the service was at no charge. The costumer service is great, Bob is very polite, professional and quick to respond. They have a very unique service. If you have any issue with your memory hardware, please don't try to fix it yourself.read more

I emailed them my problem. They called back as promised within 24 hours. Bob called and we fixed an appointment. I dropped off my decade old laptop that had old pictures on it.
